Can i delete conflicts in outlook

Usually, users are reporting that emails show as not linked within Microsoft Outlook although they appear in GoldMine as linked in the contact's history but I still think that this is what you're experiencing.

I provide here some further information from our investigation the following description or way to replicate is available, but strongly recommend submitting a case with the GoldMine Technical Support team.

Make sure to have a contact record with the email address within GoldMine you will send an email from Outlook. Send to the specific email address an email and verify if it is auto-linked. I think for safety purposes I'll just create a conflict archive folder in Outlook and move them all there. Have 2x all sent emails is just killing my DB size.

I am trying to clear out my bosses mailbox and I see a nice chunk of emails in the conflicts folder as reported by his outlook online.

Are these emails saved in different folders or are they emails that never got put back in their proper places during an exchange server crash or corrupted outlook client? Thank you. But you have to setup EWS impersonification first! Thanks for the respond! Yes i checked and it's weird, the mails in the folder is similar some mails in the Inbox folder. I get the app, and make a session with my admin acc.

Maybe be the problem is that, i want to delete a huge amount of items? Can i set the delete process number, example Also trying the MFCMapi app, it's really cool app btw but i needed to realise this clearing the local folders, not the server foldelrs. I am puzzled by these above sentences: From the first sentence, I know that you want to delete those emails from Server side, it will also sync to client side.

But from the seconded sentence, you said that you need to release the local folder but remain the server folder. To view these folders, click on Folder List icon appearing at the bottom of your navigation pane. You can now review these items and delete from these folders. Before you delete these items, you may want to consult your company policies and other factors.
